Uncaria tomentosa tea is made from the bark of the Uncaria plant, which grows in the tropical rainforests of Central and South America, especially in Peru. The tea is used by the indigenous people as a "panacea" for various health complaints. Uncaria tomentosa (vilcacora - cat's claw) is one of the most well-known medicinal plants from the Peruvian Andes. The plant was revered by the indigenous people of Peru and called vilcacora due to its remarkable properties, which means "sacred plant" in the Ketchua language. Vilcacora contains a large amount of alkaloids, sterols, aminoglycosides, terpenes, tannins, flavonoids, and other important substances.

Recommended consumption: Add 1 tablespoon to 1 liter of boiling water, simmer for 25 minutes, and strain. Set the tea aside and let it steep for another 15-20 minutes. Divide 1 liter of tea into 3 daily portions and drink.
