Tribulus terrestris tea is obtained from the herb of the identically named small, hairy medicinal plant and originally comes from the sandy sea coasts of China and Japan. The tea is also often used as an "aphrodisiac." Tribulus terrestris supports hormonal activity and sexual vitality. It has a positive effect on sexual health and performance.

Recommended intake: ½ teaspoon (0.5 g) Tribulus terrestris, per 30 kg body weight, pour 0.25 liters of boiling water over it, let it steep for 15 minutes, and strain. Divide into 3 portions and drink throughout the day half an hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (max. 2 g per day)!
