Worth knowing: The medicinal plant Tribulus Terrestris (puncture vine) is mainly native to tropical and subtropical regions. The puncture vine is a classic medicinal plant in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Indian Ayurveda. In the West, it became known under its scientific name Tribulus Terrestris and is mainly used for improved muscle growth or as an aphrodisiac.
