Ingredients: Soy oil, capsule shell: gelatin, cuttlefish bone, humectant: glycerin, hydrolyzed collagen, fish oil, nettle stem/leaf extract, manganese sulfate, rose hip fruit extract. Glazing agent: beeswax. Emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins. Water, coloring: caramel.
