Sacha inchi is a therapeutic oil from the Peruvian region of South America, containing up to 90% unsaturated Omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids in an optimal ratio and with a very high absorption capacity of 96%. The amount of Omega 3 fatty acids is at least 48%, which is 13x more than, for example, in salmon. The oil is also a source of iodine and vitamins A and E. The EPA/DHA content contributes to normal heart function. DHA regulates cholesterol levels and normalizes brain function and vision.

Recommended intake:
Adults: 1x daily 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon = approx. 5 ml)
