Goji berries have a very high ORAC value. They contain vitamins A, C, and E in particularly high concentrations. Iron, fiber, and the two carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin are also present. The latter primarily contribute to eye health.

Recommended intake:
Adults: 2 level teaspoons, 2x daily
