Energysan Inovum is a natural product containing 10 of the most important probiotic bacterial strains and the prebiotic inulin. In addition, it contains beta-glucans from their best source, the well-known oyster mushroom, and the rare colostrum (cow's milk, first milk), which is part of breast milk and is only produced in the first hours after birth.

Recommended dosage:
Adults: 3 capsules
Children: 1 capsule

After three weeks of use, we recommend a one-week break. During the entire period of use, it is recommended to increase fluid intake.
