Bath salt with salt from the thermal water of the Podhájska spring (Slovakia)

The pure natural Biotermal salt from a 1,900 m deep bore is rich in minerals. It is refreshing for fatigue and relaxing at the same time, can help the body soothe tired muscles, cleanses and revitalizes the skin.

Application: We recommend 1-2 tablespoons of salt for a full bathtub, water temperature 32-36°C.

Mix the salt with the water until the crystals dissolve. Do not use soap or shower gel during bathing. After bathing, pat yourself dry gently, do not scrub. Repeat the bath 1-3 times a week. Combine Biotermal with the Five Elements Regeneration Creams Artrin (joints), Ruticelit (vessels), Protektin (muscles, tendons), Droserin (skin hydration) or Cytovital (skin regeneration).

Note: After the bath, it is recommended to wrap yourself in a towel and rest for another 20 minutes lying down. If you have cardiovascular problems or problems with blood vessels, please consult your doctor with this consumer information and ask him if he recommends a Biotermal bath.
