Balneol Humate Bath Additive
Contains various herbal extracts, as well as essential oils, castor oil, and a high proportion of humic substances.

Herbs used include: Grapefruit, Thuja, Juniper, Camphor, Lemongrass, Styrax. According to science, humic substances are the special compounds responsible for the beneficial effects of peat baths.
Meridians: Balneol can help the body harmonize (according to TCE) the Liver, Bladder, Spleen, Triple Warmer, and Large Intestine meridians.
Application: Fill the bathtub with enough water to cover your entire body up to your neck. We recommend a temperature of 32-36Β°C. For every 100 liters of water, 1/2 capful (approx. 5 ml) of Balneol is sufficient. Shake well before use! Please rinse the cap after use.
The bath should last approximately 10 minutes, a maximum of 20 minutes. We recommend repeating the bath 1-3 times a week.
After the bath, it is advisable to wrap yourself in a towel and rest for another 20 minutes while lying down. If you have cardiovascular problems or blood vessel issues, please consult your doctor with this consumer information and ask if they recommend a Balneol bath for you.
