Ingredients
The unique formula of the ABM herbal patch consists of the binder Dextrin 2.4g, red-green Tourmaline 1.0g, high-quality Ubame oak vinegar or arrow bamboo vinegar powder 1.6g, and Agaricus Blazei Murill 0.4g.

How does a herbal patch work?
The patches are applied to the soles of the feet overnight to stimulate the reflex zones. A repeat of a treatment course is recommended in spring or autumn. Targeted applications with 10-30 pieces are possible all year round as needed and are quite useful when spread over a few days a month. Mixing different types is always possible. For applications away from the feet, such as the back or joints, the patch can also be worn during the day. The application time for the feet is 6-8 hours, and for other body parts up to 12 hours. Repeating the application is recommended depending on the sensation of the patched area and the desired result.
